Helium Advertising is looking for an exceptional through-the-line and digital account manager/director. They must be able to inspire and motivate a team of creatives, form and maintain strong relationships with clients; whilst plan, manage and execute jobs and campaigns, from start to finish, to perfection.

Key is to be able to extract thorough briefs from clients whilst adding creative, strategic and planning input when necessary.  Write single-minded, effective briefs to put into studio that inspire great work. Traffic and manage jobs to meet and exceed client expectations. Good communication and presentation skills are a must.

Requirements

The position includes a good level of financial understanding. Being able to quote effectively, transparently and profitability through Chase accounting software. Construct monthly billing reports and work closely with accountant to keep payments up to date.

The person must be self motivating, professional, ethical, a problem solver, a yes person, energetic, positive, passionate, a leader, knowledgable, principled, committed, able to handle stress, responsible and a whole lot of fun.
