As an Accounts Assistant/Payroll Assistant your duties will include:

• Processing payroll for around 200 employees and dealing with payroll queries accordingly  
• Inputting new starters and leavers  
• Complete sub contract ledger including payments and spreadsheets  
• Work closely with sales to support sales and purchase ledger including batching, coding, entering and filing  

Candidate Requirements:

• Matric Certification 
• The ideal candidate will have three to five years’ proven success in a similar role as Accounts Assistant/Payroll Assistant
• Strong data entry skills Experienced in Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel
• IT literate and competent in learning new systems quickly
• High attention to detail Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Administration or data entry experience
• Must be able to work independently, unsupervised
• A good level of business acumen and common sense  

Remuneration and Benefits: R27,000 with full benefits and bonus annually
