We talk until we hate the sound of our voice! You love to talk too – to clients, to colleagues, to partner suppliers – you’re not shy in presenting ideas and having your thoughts heard. Most importantly – you can bring them to life, brilliantly!
The role:
As you’d expect, you’ll be managing key client accounts and every item required to ensure their success. you’ll be helping to grow the clients accounts and maximise reach and ROI, from project planning, all the way through to project delivery and reporting on just how great it was! You will be managing budgets – both big and small, striving to drive profitability. You will be responsible for the financial control of your promotion’s army – and ensuring that the broader team capture each element of our brilliance – brilliantly. You don’t mind though as you just want to deliver excellent campaigns whomever the client may be!
Key responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across DAN to meet client service needs
- Reviews activation feedback reports
- Responds to ad hoc queries
- Collates and/or reviews activation cost estimates
- Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget
- Connects with Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager level inside client to support delivery of communication and service
- Coordinates and schedules meetings
- Updates plans with feedback from clients
- Reviews and manages the collation of weekly reports | along with close attention to stock control and kitting of activations.
- Monitors sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate
- Coordinates and reviews reporting and analysis
- Researches new market trends to incorporate into planning
- Manages the activations team
- Manages smooth financial processes with regards to promoter payments
- Assist in growing (recruitment), maintaining and managing our promoter data base.
