Community Media Trust (CMT) is a not-for-profit organisation that has produced HIV/Aids and related public health education material and implemented community level programmes since 1998.

CMT seeks to employ for a Fixed Period (till the end of September 2019) five suitably qualified/experienced Adherence Club Facilitators to run adherence clubs and promote adherence to treatment and retention in care at community level, in close collaboration with the clinic.

Key duties and responsibilities: (may include but are not limited to)

• Actively promote the Adherence Clubs and work with on-site clinicians to recruit stable patients to the community-based Adherence Clubs
• Prepare and plan for the Adherence Club, including sourcing venues
• Facilitate the Adherence Club
• Monitor and report the activities of the Adherence Club
• Provide health education and adherence support
• Make use of standardised M&E tools to record and report each Club session
• Matric Certificate 
• Adherence Counselling Certificate 
• Training on HIV/Aids, TB and STIs
• One to two years’ experience in ART Adherence Counselling at health facilities 
• Knowledge and or experience in facilitating Adherence Clubs
