Admin Assistant Wanted
Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm A day in the life of your new Admin role: Ensuring delivery workflows and procedures are followed and deadlines met
Ensuring files are kept up to date at all times
Dealing with applications and appeals
Dealing with correspondence
Retrieve and collate statistics and data
Arranging seminars, working groups as required
Scheduling meetings, welcoming visitors and supply refreshments
Minute taking
Any other ad hoc duties that are required We’d love to speak to Administrators who have: Experience in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of working in legal regulations and statutory processes
Understanding the workings of local government
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organisation skills
Well developed customer care
Good attention to details and able to work at a fast pace.
