Job description
Provide general office administration assistance to the Wakhiwe Team as follows:
- Answering of calls and delivering messages to the team
- Scanning, copying and general correspondence distribution
- Handle administrative queries and requests from senior managers
- Coordinating travel and meeting arrangements for the Director and team when they undertake travel for work purposes
- Collection, collating, and logging of time-sheets for team members and ensuring sign off is received
- Taking minutes of meetings as and when required
- Collating and ensuring timeous delivery of reports as and when required by Director and Senior Managers
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Maintain office supplies for the team and re-order as and when necessary
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Manage calendar for Managing Director and meeting schedules
- Manage project administration when required
- Dealing with top caliber clients in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements
- Matric
- Suitable and relevant qualification in either Office Management, Administration, Office Technology or PR (similar such fields)
- Academic Transcript to be submitted together with CV
- Working knowledge of office equipment i.e. printers, scanners, computer hardware
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Team player and the ability to work independently
- Flexible in terms of time
- Student in need of completing in-service training may be considered
