Administrator / Client Liaison Consultant
Can you multi-task well and do you enjoy working with people? This is the essential ingredient required for this position. We require your excellent people liaison skills, plus your ability to interact with a couple of admin duties simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Excellent command of the English language
Very good Afrikaans highly advantageous
Typing speed – min 45 wpm
Keen interest in running searches on the internet for client requirements
Well-groomed and presented at all times
DUTIES:
Answering incoming calls
Managing the in-house CRM system with inputting of details required by the various consultants
Dealing with enquiries and problem solving where necessary
Internet searches for client requirements
Typing of correspondence
Phoning clients to gain information required for various project requirements
Working to a fast paced deadline
Updating full process of work on Internal CRM (Customer relationship manager system)
Multi-tasking in all areas of requirements within the Company
SALARY: Dependent on experience, this package is also incentivised in order for you to improve your salary monthly
