Job description

We are currently looking for a vibrant and dynamic animator/illustrator to join our (already awesome) Content Crew. Our Animator/Illustrators are responsible for the creation and animation of 2D assets for exciting e-learning training videos.

Your role will entail:

• Create illustrations and/or storyboards
• Design images, produce illustrations and develop characters that are in line with current market trends and the corporate identity of the client
• Design animation characters with smooth and plausible movement
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings

Lesson Desk is an e-learning platform, designed to train employees in a fun, digital and interactive format. Our specialist content team assists clients in creating practical and engaging lesson material from scratch or by adapting any existing material the client may have.

Requirements

• Matric/grade 12 essential
• Diploma or degree in animation and illustration
• Minimum two to three years’ previous animation and illustration experience
• Good knowledge of the video production process
• Overall computer skills
• Must be proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro)
