Hello…An exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Life area. We are looking to recruit Area Manager.The Area Manager Distribution is accountable for the performance of a number of branches within the branch distribution channel, to support the overall strategic objectives of Distribution ChannelFinancial and Operational:Develop a sustainable physical sales strategy for Direct (field, face-2-face, kiosk) Drive the achievement of sales targets in line with budget expectations, through existing and new business Manage quality of output of in-house distribution force through NTU and persistency rates Implement operating systems, procedures and policies (as appropriate) to drive optimal sales performance Ensure operational capability to support channel distribution (physical sales) infrastructure Ensure appropriate monitoring of sales channel, and use of data to drive continuous improvement in performance and delivery thereof (operational process monitoring) Ensure adequate gearing and coverage of function Accountable for process improvement, process policies, procedures and performance standards Ensure operational work planning, priority setting and scheduling is effectively managed across in-house channel Ensure adherence to Hollard Life brand propositionPeople Management:Effective people management practices are in place eg succession, performance, recruitment etc Identify training needs to ensure that all Branch Managers and staff are competent in their roles. Review Branch performance data (sales, sales quality, productivity, etc), to ensure optimal branch network performance.
