We are looking for a hospitality area manager for our upmarket corporate canteens in and around the Durban area.
Experience required:
- Ten years or more in relevant/similar field (required)
- Extensive Excel (required)
- Costing and menu planning
- TabletPos and GAAP (advantageous)
- Hospitality qualification
Required skills:
- Staff management
- Cost control
- Good communication skills
- Administration skills
- Team player and meticulous attention to detail
- Able to work in a pressured environment
- Passionate about food and service delivery
Due to the nature of the position, the applicant must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
Own transport essential (required).
