AREA MANAGER (SECURITY) – CAPE TOWN NOGADA SA
This person will report to the National Operations Manager. We require the services of an Area Manager in Cape Town (Belville/ Parklands/ Century City) to join our team in a fast paced and energetic environment, who’s main purpose is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to, the client’s needs are efficiently met and ensure safe guarding of the company’s assets. – Market Related Salary REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
* Psira Grade A registration & accreditation
* 5 Years minimum experience in the security industry managing a large compliment on site
* HR Procedures
* Extensive management and supervisory experience
* Operational administration experience SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
* Managing large compliments on site
* Extensive onsite training
* Customer care, client liaison and relationship building skills
* People Management and communication skills GENERAL:
* RSA citizen
* Valid drivers licence * Clear criminal record
* Good contactable references
* Flexible working hours – after hours
