Arrears Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and responsible person to join our client situated in Port Alfred. This position involves debt collections and administration working with excel spreadsheets.
The successful candidate will have good time management skills, high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Proven experience in dealing with financial accounts & statements
- Proficient computer skills – advanced Excel essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & meet tight deadlines
- Apt in negotiating and persuading
- Call center experience an advantage
