Free State Market related The successful candidate must have the following (experience/skills/ qualifications/competencies): Grade 12 with at least 5 years’ experience in an agricultural environment.
Valid EC license
Valid PDP (Public Driver’s Permit) Ability to work in a team, to motivate the team and manage the attainment of team objectives
Structured approach to operational challenges Focus on detail
Good communicator
Proven interpersonal skills.
Good administrative skills
Hardworking, punctuality, precision and good teamwork. Responsibilities: Planning and coordination of labour, equipment and building of pens for special auctions
Responsible for the reparation of all equipment
Liaison with the Driver/Loadmaster to ensure effective and timeous delivery of equipment at auctions .
