Audit Manager (finance)
Create client reports
Maintain strong client relationships
Business Development.
Suggest and complete audit opinions, including Key Audit Matters.
Look over financial statements with regards to IFRS, JSE Listing Requirements and the Companies Act
Manage all projects, assignments and budget plans
Monitor all budget related processes.
Review Audit files and other correlated reports and ensure they’re ready to be signed off and locked down.
Supervise resourcing and plotting of staff with regards to audit engagements.
Allocate individual work assignments for staff members.
Debtor collections, WIP management and billings
Provide constructive feedback for all staff members
Formal and informal mentoring of teams.
Give technical assistance to staff members as well as contribute to Learning and Development.
Continuously provide solutions for any problems
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant
2 years’ exp. in an Audit Manager role
Exp. in the Public Interest Entity industry is advantageous.
Knowledge and experience in IFRS, Companies Act and JSE Listing Requirements
Exp. managing teams larger than 10 members across more than one location.
Must have a valid driver’s license
