Our company in Braamfontein centre is currently looking for call centre agents/help desk consultants to work with inbound, outbound, customer service and multimedia departments. All applicants should be able to start immediately. A minimum Qualification of grade 11/12 is needed. We shall only consider candidates residing in Gauteng province.
Non-experienced persons are welcome to apply as job training will be provided before commencing.
Candidates will be enrolled to do the following;

The ad ops campaign manager role delivers the successful implementation and management of client advertising campaigns across a broad range of network websites, mobile sites, emails products and applications. The role includes day to day communication with sales teams, clients and other internal parties, providing support to the ad ops manager and sales team as required.
Responsibilities:
The campaign manager is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of advertising campaigns across the network within direct sold or programmatic sold capacities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing inventory forecasts to sales teams as and when requested
- Qa’ing creative and identifying, troubleshooting and fixing creative and delivery issues and website incompatibilities
- Accurate and efficient testing and trafficking of campaigns and prompt delivery of screenshots to sales teams and/or clients
- Monitoring of campaigns and making optimisation suggestions to client or sales as requires
- Providing reports(scheduled and ad hoc) to sales team and/ or clients as and when requested
- Assisting to develop and research new innovations and advertising product opportunities and implementations
- Assist advertising product manager with ad hoc special projects as required
- Liaise with editorial and development teams on a regular basis
- Stay abreast of current industry trends and news

Duties:
Meet company disbursement targets and (new customer) net efficiency objectives –
- Achieve disbursement targets for responsible campaigns – new and existing.
- Generate new demand target for responsible campaigns.
- Achieve CPN (Cost per Name) for responsible campaigns.
- Responsible for the alignment of credit strategy with the business strategy for responsible campaigns.
- Ensure that key forecasting variables are credible in the business plan and are assessed timeously.
- Reduce customer attrition rates through the development and implementation of effective retention/repurchase (reactivation) strategies.
- Implement core strategies to increase products per customer across the financial services brand.
Manage adspend budget –
- Effective management of responsible campaigns.
- Achieve campaign efficiency.
- Ensure adspend forecasts are credible and in line with strategic objectives.
- Manage the adspend process to ensure efficiency gains are achieved.
Process management –
- Ensure campaigns are successfully implemented.
- Propose and implement improvements within existing reports to reduce the turnaround time on data reports.
- Implement direct marketing calendars for daily SMS and email sends.
- Ensure that Sales Agent commission is validated and processed in accordance with pre-defined timelines – if part of campaign.
- Implement survey and customer feedback loops and strategies.
- Form part of the creative process for approval and sign off.
- Ensure that key annual planning variables are credible and justified.
Strategic delivery and analysis –
- Analyse trends related to key variables within campaigns and put forward proposals.
- Ensure that the package and execution are aligned with campaign strategic objectives.
- Ensure that strategies are changed timeously based on results and campaign lessons learned.
- Develop weekly and monthly reporting on key variables for responsible campaigns.
Innovation –
- Prioritise campaign execution through digital channels (email, Facebook, etc).
Requirements:
Qualifications –
- A degree in business science/BComm/marketing or equivalent.
Experience/skills –
- Two to three years’ experience in a marketing planning role.
- MS Office proficient (PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills).
