Job description
Are you detail oriented and love working with people? Do you have two years of experience in the travel industry? Our client is looking for a ticketing agent and it could be you.
Candidate minimum requirements
Purpose of role
- To work within the processing team with focus on ticketing assisting clients towards a first contact resolution.
- To process or bookings for ticketing, responsible for all ticketing related queries from other teams and assisting with any other queries within Operations.
- Constantly maintaining a high quality and error-free handling of tasks.
- To offer world class customer service to the clients.
Experience
- At least two years in travel industry
- Customer service experience- on all contact channels
- Amadeus or any other GDS
- Fares one – three, understanding, calculations
- Ticketing for different carriers

Roles
- Drive to booked inspections, introduce the company and take down details
- Perform physical and mechanical inspection of vehicle
- Note any reconditioning that is required
- Take photos and list the vehicle on the platform
Skills and requirements:
- Dedicated and a winning attitude
- Ability to perform inspections in detail and pick up reconditioning and mechanical issues with vehicles
- Drivers licence
- Peoples person, likeable and easy to talk to
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organised and punctual

Advantageous:
- Knowledge or experience in the car industry
- Relatively tech savvy
- Computer literate
Salary will be R12,000 a month (with possible increases based on performance). A car & petrol will be provided during working hours, you will be required to get to work at either Fourways or Sandton Branch.
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Saturdays: 9m – 1pm
