Job description:

• This position is an account management position reporting directly to the Account Director.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various web/mobile/CRM based projects, accountable for client liaison, maintaining relationships with the client on a client service level, campaign development and management.
• Project management of client accounts all facets of client service and the delivery of agency services in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities: 

• Administering all day-to-day activities.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at the client.
• Coordinate and manage all agency services to the client.
• Write status reports for each account.
• Work closely and provide support to the Account Director.
• Work with other departments to ascertain timetables, pursue estimate approval and follow the project through actual production and final presentation.
• Effective and accurate financial management of projects.

Requirements: 

• Strong project management skills essential.
• Understanding or working knowledge of WordPress platforms.
• Understanding and working knowledge of bulk email and SMS platforms.
• Broad understanding of new technology and the application of it to the creative process.
• Ability to review campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Marketing or communications degree preferable.
• Some basic HTML understanding.
• Google Analytics and tag manager working knowledge. 
• An eye for what works in user experience.
• Minimum two and a half years’ experience in a digital agency environment essential.
• Must have a very strong technical understanding.
• Broad understanding of all communication disciplines – CRM, BTL, ATL.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint essential.
• Drivers licence and own car.

We are looking for a senior user experience designer responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.

We are looking for someone with both breadth and key areas of focused expertise: if you’re a creative thinker with a strong portfolio and a passion for designing beautiful, unique and thoughtful digital user experiences, we should talk. 

What we are looking for:

• Strong portfolio and elevated sense of design: you know the difference between ‘good’ and ‘great’ and are able to work through team dynamics, clients and timelines to deliver excellent design

• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Extensive experience in using UI design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
