Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual with great attention to detail to join our team for four months whilst our new mommy goes on maternity leave.

If you are looking for some experience in the marketing media industry, or to earn a salary while studying then we have the perfect opportunity for you.

The responsibilities/duties include the following:

Daily clicks campaign duties

  • Send CE/booking confirmation to client
  • Chase signed booking confirmation
  • Complete booking confirmation before sending off to client (ensure all fields are correctly completed)
  • Update flighting schedule
  • Update circuits folder with signed BC
  • Chase purchase order number
  • Chase artwork elements from client/agency
  • Complete artwork brief
  • Create project and task on magnetic
  • Check artwork once received from client/agency (refer back if artwork specs are incorrect)
  • Track progress of brief (traffic/content/designer)
  • Proof read artwork before sending to client for approval
  • Send completed artwork to client for approval and chase response from client
  • Brief in reverts/approval on magnetic
  • Ensure artwork is flighting on correct dates/stores (content reminders to be cross referenced with client/internal brief)
  • Check that offsite can push content to the specific stores which are offline/no connectivity
  • Check daily reports twice a day (report to Ray if no connectivity for longer than 48 hours)

  • Clicks media sales report
  • Communicate to sales team on behalf of Ray

Monthly duties

  • Assist finance department with upcoming months billings (cross referenced according to sales report)
  • Update Chris Day on payments expected (feedback on outstanding payments and outstanding PO’s)
  • Clicks pharmacy trade package seal (corporate ads, hotspots and broadsheets)
  • Update sales board
  • Ray credit card recon
  • Ray mobile phone allocate
  • Ensure circuits folder is up to date
  • Storewell payment requisitions
  • Clicks guarantee payment requisition
  • Vendor application forms on new accounts
  • Clicks and Edgars commission report
  • Digital Media Artwork billing report
  • Compile Top 20 suppliers report for Clicks
  • Compile Clicks promotional calendar
  • Request/follow up on sales out results for Clicks head office
  • Compile sales out results for sales team
  • Compile flighting reports clicks + clicks pharmacy

Ideally, we need someone to join us from the middle of August to do a carry over, until the end of January 2018.
(This is afull-timee position and we will conduct a proper hand over with training, so you will not be thrown into the dark)
