Requirements:
OK, some of the run of the mill requirements, to ensure you tick the boxes that will ensure an audience with the Strategic Director of the agency:
- A tertiary qualification in Strategic Branding, either from a University or Advertising School (AAA; Vega; Red & Yellow)
- Ideal experience: you would have served an internship with one of the leading agencies in the country, followed by a minimum of 4 years experience in the strategic department of a fully integrated agency
- To go with your undoubted ability to formulate innovative strategic strategies based on a solid understanding of business and their respective audiences, you have the ability to think out-of-the box in order to take brands to places they have not yet ventured into
- Excellent research abilities and knowledge of research techniques
- Ability to empathize with consumers in order to assess and facilitate consumer insight developments
- Business sector experience in FMCG as well as cross-sector industry understanding
- Passion for knowing more and keeping abreast of both current and future trends
- Highly energized, and an understanding that you are part of the collective – not a stand-alone within the agency
NB Candidates must be willing to re-locate to the Eastern Cape
