Job description
To ensure optimum efficiency in the allocation and planning of company resources, while also supporting the Production team.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Planning.
- Managing studio resources and deadlines.
- Adherence to internal systems and contributing to team effectiveness.
- Production management: ATL and BTL.
- Supplier management.
Deliverables
- Ensures a steady workflow into each team, and having a thorough knowledge of all jobs in progress.
- Actively collaborating with client service at planning meetings on a day to day basis to ensure all work is planned in efficiently.
- Ensures each department receives their brief, to set up briefing sessions on integrated campaigns.
- Works closely with the creative director and group heads to ensure all jobs are tasked and timings are communicated to creatives before and during the project.
- Consistently maintains a ‘healthy pressure’ on each creative individual to ensure maximized productivity and optimal efficiency, and deadlines are met.
- Production Management for ATL and BTL.
- Spends time with suppliers to learn new innovative production solutions and to always be aware of what is happening in the market with regards to price increases, new suppliers, etc.
- Proactively support client services and collaborate within the production department to find the best solutions for our clients.

Requirements
- A thorough understanding of the creative process involved.
- Proven experience in a Traffic/Ops/Production role.
- Qualification advantageous but experience key for consideration.
- A good understanding of Production for ATL and BTL.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with various personalities within the agency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent coordinating skills.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure.
- Accurate planning and costing.
