Automotive Sales Manager
Bachelor’s in sales • 4 – 6 years’ experience in a production/ manufacturing environment. • Automotive industry background. Duties: • Achieve sales and gross margins goals • Develop and execute sales strategy • Monitor trends. • Co-ordinate and administer sales and customer service plans, programmes and activities. • Assist in monitoring and resolution of challenged relating to products. • Maintain strong customer service and relationship management culture within the business. • Maintain adequate quality and productivity levels within the sales team. • Analyze sales and management information in order to make informed decisions. • Oversee development, implementation and review of customer business plans. • Ensure sales staff and customers have thorough understanding of all products, features, benefits and warranties. • Prepares and monitor sales and customer service forecasts and budgets. • Understand company policies • Identify and report areas of opportunity and gaps in product line • Coach, mentor, motivate, manage, evaluate and communicate with team members.
