INTRODUCTION: Reporting through to the Area Sales Manager Eastern Cape, and based in Port Elizabeth, main objectives of the Beauty Advisor will be to provide support to the business in the following ways: • Achieve individual and counter sales targets; Provide excellent customer service by offering spa services and a great consumer experience; Grow and retain the Elizabeth Arden customer base; Be a Brand Ambassador . REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;- Experience of working in a sales environment, working to achieve targets and to control costs;- Experience in beauty or cosmetic environment; Numerate and able to recognize trends- Attention to detail; Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Xhosa; Good planning, administration and organizational skills; Background in cosmetics, luxury goods or branded goods within Retail sector; Personal profile: Share passion for the Elizabeth Arden brands; Goal orientated / Target driven; Willingness to learn; Demonstrate initiative; Reliable; Reflects Company image through personal appearance, personality and style.
