An Energetic and Vibrant Leading Independent Property Investment and Marketing company based in Durbanville is looking for a Bond Capturer to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years’ Experience in Home Loans/ Bonds
• Dealmaker or OPS compulsory 
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft programs
• Solid understanding of Home loan application process
• Excellent Time Management and Multi-tasking Skills
• Strong Record Keeping Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Grade 12/ Matric

Applicant must reside in CAPE TOWN or surrounding area.
