Bond Conveyancing Secretary
Well established firm of attorneys in Jeffreys Bay requires an experienced Conveyancing Bond Secretary, possessing a minimum of 5yrs Conveyancing Bond exp. to assist in busy, high volume department. Definite exposure to Absa, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank Bond Registrations essential to secure. The ability to work independently handling the full administrative process from inception, drafting bond documents for client signature, to registration and finalization of files to ensure finances are in order. Ghostconvey and Stordoc literacy experience required. We offer a competitive salary based on experience in an enjoyable environment
