Branch Manager (Polokwane)

Requirements:
- Three years of branch manager experience essential in furniture industry
- Computer literate (all MS Office packages)
- Must be fluent in English both written and verbal
Duties:
- Ability to multi-task
- Target and sales driven
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Manage the daily operation and administration of the branch
- Managing and drive the branch ssales and performance
- Set and enforce standards for customer service, receiving and addressing customer complaints.
- Oversee store inventory, ordering and receiving products, monitoring product quality, and adjusting inventory to meet customer needs
- Monitor store financial performance, setting business objectives and implementing strategies to meet those targets.
- Supervise branch employees, overseeing hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling together with senior management
- Be target driven constantly month on month
