Requirements:

• Three years of branch manager experience essential in furniture industry
• Computer literate (all MS Office packages)
• Must be fluent in English both written and verbal

Duties:

• Ability to multi-task
• Target and sales driven
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Manage the daily operation and administration of the branch
• Managing and drive the branch ssales and performance
• Set and enforce standards for customer service, receiving and addressing customer complaints.
• Oversee store inventory, ordering and receiving products, monitoring product quality, and adjusting inventory to meet customer needs
• Monitor store financial performance, setting business objectives and implementing strategies to meet those targets.
• Supervise branch employees, overseeing hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling together with senior management
• Be target driven constantly month on month
