Job description
Jawitz Properties is looking for a #real brand coordinator for a dynamic and busy marketing division.
This role exists to efficiently execute the operational outputs of the marketing division from marketing materials, advertising, functions, developments, and media.
The marketing co-ordinator will work across Bedfordview, Dunkeld, Sandton and Randburg and Northern Region Franchises i.e. Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and KZN.
Role Reports directly in to the Brand Manager.
Candidate must hold a marketing qualification and must have a minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience. Candidate must be able to work under pressure, be organised and execute.
Role will include:
Marketing materials
Co-ordinate regionally/nationally i.e. business cards, boards, stickers, name badges, car magnets and all marketing material
Function includes: Ordering, Briefing in artwork, Distribution
Co-ordinate all Giveaways and competitions
Co-ordinate all ordering of stock by offices
Stock control and invoicing
Monitor stock
Get quotes for new stock
Look for new and exciting items to launch
Assist with local area marketing plan with branch/office managers
Company functions and office events
Set annual calendar up
Year-end function research and roll out
Plan and roll out quarterly updates
Assist with awards evening
Baby showers, birthdays, farewells
CSI
Assist on all CSI projects and roll out
Advertising
Print – publications including: Jewish report, Neighbourhood, Caxton, Property Portfolio
Brief in to designer
Book space with the publications
Check all spelling and references etc
Photography
Allocate costs to various offices
PR articles to be written for all new office launches
Load all Luxury Portfolio properties on to the website
Load all developments on to the development pages
Internal Marketing
Competitions, artwork for training, holiday gifts
Training on how admin can use powerpoint templates for drops
Look for new and exciting marketing opportunities
Outdoor media
New office branding
Streetpoles, bus stops and Suburban signs – manage existing sites and opportunities
Social media
Supply the Digital Specialist with content for social media posts relevant to their offices
Review daily all Facebook pages of their offices to ensure compliance
Requirements
