Job description
Boomtown is looking for a dynamic mid-level brand strategist to join their busy team.
- Assisting in the conducting and analysis of qualitative and quantitative consumer research
- Gaining consumer insights and providing relevant information pertinent to solving the problem
- Involvement in brief development and defining the relevant approach to the task at hand
- Development of brand strategies and marketing communication campaign strategies
- A sound understanding of brand and marketing
- An intuitive analyst with a diverse approach to strategic planning and problem-solving
- Able to articulate with confidence and credibility, i.e. presentation skills, preparation and persuasion

Requirements
- A minimum of two to three years’ industry experience within a strategic role is essential
- A diploma or degree in marketing communication or equivalent
- Branding and marketing communications experience
- Excellent project management ability, and agency process and systems knowledge
- Outstanding organisational capability, operational skills and attention to detail
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and level-headed, but full of energy and the ability to thrive under pressure
Advantageous
- An advertising qualification or marketing degree plus relevant brand industry experience is essential
- Savvy business-minded individuals with outstanding project management, presentation and personnel skills
