Bsc Civil Engineering – Pr Eng – Bulk Pipeline Design Engineer / Natal Bsc Civil Engineering/ BSc Mechanical Engineering Pr Eng essential. 15 years of experience of which 10 years is in pipeline design The water and infrastructure Department offers the design of bulk pipelines as a core competency Experience in sound understanding and experience in the hydraulic design of large diameter pipelines and selection and protection of pipe material Excellent experience in the structural design of large diameter pipelines including but not limited to steel and GRP materials. Excellent experience in the development and review of specifications related to large diameter pipelines Experience essential needed in providing conceptual solution to bulk water supply schemes Experience in reviewing designs by others and provide technical mentorship in the department Excellent experience in executing projects of a multi-disciplinary nature Managing design teams.
