A leading property management company – offering affordable and secure university student accommodation throughout South Africa – is seeking a dynamic and proactive building manager in Durban.

Requirements:

• Building/facilities or construction management qualification required
• Must have building maintenance and renovation management experience
• Must have sound knowledge of health, safety and fire compliance
• Experience managing contractors and a maintenance team
• Warehouse management
• Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Good time management skills required
• Matric certificate/grade 12
