InspectorP is a technology-enabled property services company, predominantly focusing on nontechnical rental inspections, floorplans and photography.

Job role:

We require a candidate who can help us grow the business, by contacting potential customers on a daily basis. This is a B2B sales role. The role includes: 

• Researching and creating a ‘call list’ in line with the company strategy 
• Meeting weekly call targets, offering our services in an informed and consultative manner
• Engaging with potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities
• Managing the CRM system
• Meeting monthly sales targets

Minimum requirements: 

• B2B telesales experience
• Real estate experience or good working knowledge of the industry 
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Target driven
• Excellent computer skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
• Matric certificate
• Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)

Salary:

• Basic salary: R10,000/OTE R,15 000
