We are working on a wonderful opportunity with a leading performance marketing consultancy based in Cape Town.  They are recruiting for an up and coming Business Unit Director to join their growing client service team.  The consultancy has offices all over the world, they are award winning and at the forefront of technology.  You will be joining a high performing team that builds strong relationships with their clients .  You will have responsibility for identifying and delivering solutions to SA brands and working across the following channels – Paid Social, Search, Display, SEO and tech.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all clients in your unit, looking for opportunities for growth
• Overseeing your business units financials
• Reporting + profitability monitoring
• Team management, hiring, appraisals etc.
• Working closely with the campaign management team
• Attending client meetings + pitching

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Currently hold the role of a Account Director / Digital Marketing Specialist / Business Unit Director or similar
• Solid experience in a performance marketing environment – Paid Media, Programmatic, SEO, Data & Analytics etc.
• Strong consultancy experience + client service skills
• Highly numerate, analytical + have excellent attention to detail
