Butchery Manager – Queenstown
The Dynamic, enthusiastic, strong work ethic candidate must have:
- Minimum of 8 years Butchery experience
- Having block man experience prior to being a Butchery Manager, advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and writing
- Be a self-starter and successfully managed a team of 10 people.
- Be able to achieve sales and gross profits.
- Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising and customer service
- Be able to develop and grow sales while controlling expenses and costings
- Have basic computer skills excel, word, internet.
- Strong reporting skills, ability to report on wastage and GP%
- Have contactable references.
- Must have a valid code 8 driver’s license.
