We help small to large companies prospect more effectively and acquire new business.
Our clients range from startup to Enterprise clients. You will help with basic QA
QA responsibilities will be:
- Listening to all calls in real time and grading each call up to company and client criteria
- Capturing leads from email and inputting them into daily lead lists Provide daily management reports on stats
- Inputting leads captured from the team in our CRM daily. Making sure every lead fits and meets the criteria
- Following instructions given by line manager on quality policies
What we are offering:
- Base salary of R5000
- Flexible work hours 08:00 – 17:00
