Duties and responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s email
- Management and resolve customer complaints.
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Follow up customer calls
Requirements
Education
Work experience:
- At least three to four years in call centre environment/customer service
- One year of experience in financial service industry
- Must reside in the Western Cape
The salary bracket for this position is R8,500 – R10,000) – Depending on experience.
