Duties and responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s email
• Management and resolve customer complaints.
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Follow up customer calls 

Requirements

Education
Work experience:

• At least three to four years in call centre environment/customer service
• One year of experience in financial service industry 
• Must reside in the Western Cape

The salary bracket for this position is R8,500 – R10,000) – Depending on experience.
