* Gained a minimum of 6 months experience within a Customer Service environment
* Have experience with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter etc
* Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload, and work on their own accord.
* Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Have good objective handling skills and have the ability to deal with escalations and customer complaints
* Adaptable in communication style depending on customer.
