With a market related income structure (variable income based on sales, commission and benefits such as pension, medical etc.) Duties: Telesales with set targets that need to be reached Leads Generation Inherent requirements for the above-mentioned position will therefore be the following: •Must have Matric, relevant qualification (advantageous) •Must comply with the FAIS Act requirements. •Must have at least 3 years’ experience in sales/short term insurance. •Very good communication and interpersonal skills. •Fully computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. •Must be fluent in at least two SA languages of which English is a prerequisite. jobs@lipco.co.za
