Requirements:
- Grade 12/matric
- Three years’ experience in a call centre environment
- Previous call centre management experience (advantage)
- Computer literate
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under Pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will need to reside in Nelspruit or surrounding area.
