A Holiday Resort has an opening and is currently accepting applications for a Caretaker. Requirements: Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision. Willingness to uphold company standards for safety, service and efficiency. Have good DIY knowledge. Fluent in English. Have good people skills. A valid Code B driving license. Day to day duties are as follows but not limited to: Respond to requests from property managers to do maintenance services as needed. Must follow up on complaints. Be able to do minor repairs, or be able to handle bigger problems. Ensure the grounds and the building are always properly cared for. Must handle all gardening and keep premises neat and tidy. Inspect all community spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns. Check gas bottles on a regular basis and change when needed.
