Perform routine filing
General housekeeping
Work overtime when requested

Assist with overflow administration duties when requested
Draw up and maintain a schedule of all assets Create job cards Supply mechanics daily with work sheets.
Procure all spares and parts required by the workshop.
Obtain quotes for all purchases.
Complete purchase requisitions and have them authorised, enter onto summary.
Arrange for either delivery/collection of items ordered.
Draw up a schedule to control all service intervals of the pumps.
Liaise with site office to have the pumps made available for their service.
