The Ideal candidate will possess :
- National Senior Certificate
- Five years and above relevant experience within a large, busy factory/warehouse environment
- Able to lead the warehouse staff (in the absence of the warehouse manager) in proper functioning of factory activities
- Able to generate stock/despatch reports and generate formats for the functioning of the warehouse
- Fluent in the English language, both read and write
- Strong leadership and team development qualities
- An analytical and logical approach to problem-solving
- A focused and dedicated approach towards achieving assigned targets
- Quick decision-making capabilities, in order
