3 years Non Motor Claims experience.
Relevant previous experience is essential
To effectively investigate, adjust and report on assigned claims, thus ensuring containment of claims spend on providing excellent service in setting a culture of best practice within mandated responsibility. Meet with clients to assess losses and to effectively settle non motor claims. Continuously improve claims service, manage claims spend and contain the increase in average cost of claims. Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders Conduct value at risk to determine if sum insured is adequate. Communicate and provide with clients, brokers and service providers where required. Maintain turnaround time on assessments Ensure monthly reports are submitted on productivity statistics. Strive to ensure clients are satisfied with claims service delivery. Identify problem areas within the claims service value chain and to find suitable solutions.
