Job description
Admin controller required for busy field marketing company.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations
- Stock control and management
- Dispatching stock to drivers
- Capturing all invoices, stock codes to system
- Vehicle fleet management (services, etc.)
- Collecting of stock from depots
- Scanning all stock to the system
- Updating daily attendance register
- Preparing month end payroll for region and submit to Finance
- Updating and maintaining filing system
- Daily sales cash up and banking
- Petty cash
- Adhoc tasks as required by the Admin Manger
- The successful candidate must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must have a basic understanding of stock management
The admin controller will report directly to the admin manager.
Working hours: Monday – Friday (7am – 4.30pm)
Saturdays (8am to 1pm)
- Occasional Sundays and public holidays
- Laptop and cellphone will be provided
- Own transport essential
