Job description

Admin controller required for busy field marketing company. 

Duties will include but not limited to: 

  • Assist with the day to day operations
  • Stock control and management 
  • Dispatching stock to drivers 
  • Capturing all invoices, stock codes to system
  • Vehicle fleet management (services, etc.)
  • Collecting of stock from depots 
  • Scanning all stock to the system 
  • Updating daily attendance register 
  • Preparing month end payroll for region and submit to Finance 
  • Updating and maintaining filing system
  • Daily sales cash up and banking 
  • Petty cash
  • Adhoc tasks as required by the national operations manager/junior ops manager
  • The successful candidate must have a valid drivers license. 
  • Must be proficient in Excel 
  • Must have a basic understanding of stock management

The admin controller will report directly to the National Operations Manager. 

Salary offered: R 5,000 to R 6,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday – Friday (7am – 4.30pm)
Saturdays (8am to 1 pm)

  • Occasional Sundays and Public Holidays 
  • Laptop and cellphone will be provided 
  • Own transport essential 
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
