Our client, based in the UK, is currently looking to employ a (Internal) Sales Account Executive who will based in their Somerset East (Eastern Cape) office .

Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 + Tertiary qualification would be advantageous EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 year’s recent payroll experience, very good working knowledge of SAGE VIP payroll software including Sage Intelligence and Batch Imports/Exports, very good working knowledge of MS Office packages, good working knowledge and understanding of electronic time and attendance. Duties: Payroll Planning & Processing Gathering and preparing all information needed to timeously perform accurate payrolls

Data and movement reconciliations.
Payroll adjustments.

Bank interface exports.
Banking platform imports for approval
Payslip Distribution
Prioritize, plan and manage work
Time & Attendance. Leave movement batch imports
Follow up on missing supervisor approvals
Compile Earning and Allowance batches for accurate importing
Register biometrics for new employee
Overtime and absenteeism reporting
User support.
Internal Systems reconciliation Ad-hoc reconciliations for Management and Auditors.
Tax Year end – Payroll vs Tax receipts vs Inland revenue records.
Medical aid to Payroll
HCM to Payroll.
Month End. Headcount and hours reporting per BU for HSSE

Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Drivers licence and clear credentials/recommendations
