Duties & Responsibilities
• Continuously strive to create cost awareness and acceptance of responsibility and ownership, by the relevant manager, for its financial performance with respect to overheads and manpower • Review, monitor, control and report overheads , manpower, capex and fleet requirements for Component Production to appropriate forums
• Chairing internal Component Production Financial Review meetings with Management to discuss financial performance of the previous month to identify any out of the line positions to monitor corrective action plan .
