What’s the role?
- You will be responsible for making sure the digital department is operating efficiently and the various businesses and business units are getting what they need from the digital team
- You will be responsible for monitoring workflow, ensuring tasks and issues are dealt with according to business priorities
- You will be responsible for acting as a non – technical / operational escalation point for the digital team, paid media and other operations teams across several businesses
- You will be responsible for line management of Ad Ops team consisting of currently 1 ad ops specialist
- You will be responsible for ensuring correct and efficient processes are in place and are followed as well as timelines managed
- You will be responsible for ensuring that any brief is met and compliance requirements are met
- You will be responsible for ensuring any client specific requirements/best practices are used
- You will be responsible for maintaining the relationship between Ad Ops and client teams to ensure expectations are understood and achieved
- You will be responsible for managing relationships – Making sure our customers (internal and external) are happy and there is understanding
- You will be responsible for reporting and presentations
- Ensuring the digital team has efficient and effective reporting for volume, profit and quality management
- Ensuring internal departments have access to the info they require from the digital team
- Reporting for senior management – how the team is tracking relative to targets, and performing month on month
- Compiling client reports and presentations
- You will be responsible for flagging any target issues or profit issues to the digital team
- You will be responsible for managing relationships with various external partners
- You will be responsible for manage deadlines for the digital team
- You will be responsible for managing communication with the digital team – technical and non
- You will be responsible for escalating any issues from internal departments to the relevant line managers if necessary
- You will be responsible for managing design priorities and outsourced design partners
- You will be responsible for driving new digital projects
- You will be responsible for Qa and testing – making sure everything is working 100%
- You will be responsible for content – getting the most out of content – working with internal and external teams
- You will be responsible for speeding things up – chase people for anything that is holding the digital team back
Requirements
Boxes to tick…
- Degree level education
- Experience in how to combine consulting skills, data analytics and media strategy to drive and improve clients’ business results.
- Strong experience in a digital traffic/project management environment
- In-depth knowledge of digital channels and familiarity with navigating Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager. Double Click and other digital channels a plus.
