This role requires an appropriately qualified and experienced person who has an all-round understanding of the industry, knows a range of various technologies and has an IT background (three to five years’ experience). The systems and IT support engineer must have an engineering or IT certified qualification. The person must have advance IT skills as he/she will be responsible for installing and maintaining software and hardware on desktops, servers and network devices. The engineer must have a good understanding of NAS, SAN and Archiving solutions. Knowledge of maintaining financial software systems will be a plus. This person would be involved in the production pipeline planning of projects. They must have a passion for keeping up with trends/technology within this sector, be visually literate, client service driven, be a good communicator, work well under pressure, and have a passion for the industry.
Systems and IT support engineers are responsible for building, electronic engineering, IT hardware and software maintenance. They solve technical problems in edit suites and deal with the maintenance of IT systems, networking, manage equipment and identify faults. The position also requires one to provide after-hours support that may include weekends and public holidays from time to time.

Overall you’ll need to be able to create UX and UI for websites/apps, meticulous graphic design skills & attention to detail, conceptualisation of campaigns, brand & logo design, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates. Storyboard animation, attend shoots.
Also you’ll need to work with e-commerce teams and internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards. Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
Work with other designers, copywriters and creative director to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
