The technical director role requires working collaboratively with a project manager and director to design and execute specific technical improvements (maintenance, reliability, production, process improvement, management systems, sanitation, supply chain) and lead multiple teams through organisational change efforts of varying size and complexity.
This role will utilise change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for our clients, behavioral changes; designing change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to enhance organisation, group, and individual performance.
Behavioural competency:
- Contractual knowledge of the JBCC, GCC, Fidic and NEC forms of Contract
- Understanding of Construction Industry
- Basic Routine Road Maintenance and/or Road Rehabilitation knowledge

- 5-10 years of relative experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Code 8 Driver’s License

- Registered as candidate for a Professional Engineering Technologist at ECSA
