Community Media Trust (CMT) is a not-for-profit organisation that has produced HIV/Aids and related public health education material and implemented community level programmes since 1998.
CMT seeks to employ for a Fixed Period (till the end of September 2019) a suitably qualified/experienced enrolled nurse to oversee the implementation of community based Adherence Clubs throughout the district.
Key duties and responsibilities: (may include but are not limited to)
Liaise with and support other staff members/ partners with the establishment of Adherence Clubs
Monthly reporting on all established Clubs in line with identified data requirements
Ensure Adherence Clubs run smoothly and efficiently;
Staff Management – manage supervise, mentor and support staff working on the Community Adherence Clubs project;
Review Adherence Club register tally sheet
Reach targets across programmes
Participate in quality improvement and assurance initiatives

Actively promote the Adherence Clubs and work with on-site clinicians to recruit stable patients to the community-based Adherence Clubs
Prepare and plan for the Adherence Club, including sourcing venues
Facilitate the Adherence Club
Monitor and report the activities of the Adherence Club
Provide health education and adherence support
Make use of standardised M&E tools to record and report each Club session
Matric Certificate
