Petite Provence is looking for someone that is friendly and outgoing and loves the hospitality industry. Successful candidates’ primary function will be to keep guests happy and be the friendly face of the B&B who will be responsible for guest satisfaction. We need someone that is eager to uphold our standard with the same passion and love we put into it. General duties will be: Checking in and check-out of guests and keeping guests happy. Overseeing cleaning staff and ensuring quality and cleanliness of all the rooms. Overseeing breakfast staff and quality of breakfast. Working hours: Varying shifts – some shifts from 12pm to 7pm. Minimum requirements: Must be fluent in English. Any additional languages and computer skills will be a plus – familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and comfortable working on the internet (Chrome/Internet Explorer). Applications with experience in Hotel Booking system, for example Nightsbridge, will receive preference. Applicants must live in or near the Ballito/ Dolphin coast area and must have their own transport.
